This course is for iManage Partner technical consultants and personnel responsible for planning and implementing an iManage Cloud Service Transition to cloudimanage.com.
Note that a pre-requisite for this training is iManage Cloud Onboarding Technical Specialist Certification.

Following completion of the training you are invited to register for the iManage Cloud Service Transition Specialist certification exam.
HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE?
Self paced training is designed to be consumed at your own speed, enabling you to consume content and prepare for certification your own schedule. For this course, total content runtime is approximately 2 hours, however, iManage recommends allowing a minimum of 6 hours to consume all courseware and prepare for your certification exam.

Module 2 - Pre Transition Conversations
A look at the partner's role throughout the process, and why partner engagement is essential. An overview of the key discussion points for pre transition conversations with the customer.
Module 3 - Eligibility
An overview of the customer eligibility considerations, and key steps in beginning the iManage Cloud Service Transition process. Also includes an overview of the Azure Migration and Modernization Program, and how it works
Module 4 - Managing the Service Transition Process
A high level overview of the key phases of the Service Transition Process, including what you need throughout the process, important communications and access requirements
Module 5 - Data Remediation
A deep dive into the Data Remediation phase, including: common data remediation tasks, methods of remediation, and the capabilities of the Service Transition Tool.
Module 6 - Initial Transition
A detailed overview of the initial transition phase, including: what is included in the initial transition, preparation and tasks involved, and User Acceptance Testing.
Module 7 - Final Transition
An overview of the main focus of the activation and post launch period, including 30-60-90 day monitoring, and Business as Usual Transition.
Module 8 - Frequently Asked Questions
Closing out, this module looks at some frequently asked questions the customer may have during the Cloud Service Transition process.
