Cancellations
Live and Virtual Courses
Cancellations must be sent via email to training@imanage.com. Cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to course start will receive a full refund. Cancellations received from 1 to 5 business days prior to course start are nonrefundable but will receive a 100% equivalent credit for any course registered for within the next 12 months. If a participant fails to show up for a course then the course is nonrefundable and no credit will be issued. Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.
iManage reserves the right to cancel or change a course at any time. When iManage cancels a course, the participant may opt to receive a full refund, register in another course or receive a 100% equivalent credit for any course taken in the next 12 months.
Cancellation of On-site Training Services (Live or Virtual)
Once any live or virtual training services are confirmed by iManage, the customer must email a cancellation or reschedule request to training@imanage.com at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled date of the services. Customer cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the scheduled date will be charged (i) 50% of the daily rate for any classes or services affected by the rescheduling or cancellation and (ii) any expenses incurred as a result of modified or canceled travel arrangements.
Cancellation of Lab Access, Self-paced Courses and eLearning
eLearning, self-paced learning materials, and self-paced lab access are nonrefundable. Participants must pay to extend lab duration and access time.
Certification Exams
Certification exams are nonrefundable. To repeat a failed certification exam a certification candidate must register and pay the listed price for another exam session.
