This course is for iManage Partner technical consultants and personnel responsible for planning and implementing a migration to iManage Work at cloudimanage.com, using iManage Migration Appliance.
Note that a pre-requisite for this training is iManage Cloud Onboarding Technical Specialist Certification.

Following completion of the training you are invited to register for the iManage Cloud Migration Specialist certification exam.
HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE?
Self paced training is designed to be consumed at your own speed, enabling you to consume content and prepare for certification your own schedule. For this course, total content runtime is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, however, iManage recommends allowing a minimum of 3 hours to consume all courseware and prepare for your certification exam.

Module 1 - iManage Migration Appliance
An introduction to iManage Migration Appliance, including its purpose and considerations. Additionally, this module covers the components of iManage Migration Appliance, an overview of the process, migration architecture, and how updates are handled.
Module 2 - Deploying the Appliance
This module covers deployment of iManage Migration Appliance including system requirements. Networking set up is also covered, along with System Settings, and how to configure the onboard SQL Server.
Module 3 - On-Premise to iManage Cloud Migration
A deep-dive into carrying out a migration from iManage Work on-premise to iManage Work at cloudimanage.com. This module includes pre-requisite information, set up of the Migration Manager, configuration of the Migration Importer, running a migration, and details on errors, reports and logs.
Module 4 - File System to iManage Cloud Migration
A deep-dive into carrying out a migration from a file system to iManage Work at cloudimanage.com. This module includes pre-requisite information, set up of ASCII file(s), using the Migration Manager, loading the File System Migrator and Staging Database, configuration of the Migration Importer, running a migration, and details on errors, reports and logs.
