iManage's self-paced certification program delivers online learning, inclusive of hands-on, directly to learners.

Self-paced certifications offer the flexibility to consume training in your own time and at your own pace without sacrificing your learning.

iManage offers self-paced certification options for all from end users to full-stack developers, all curated by iManage Subject Matter Experts.

BECOME CERTIFIED


1. SIGN UP

  • Browse the course catalog at https://registration.imanage.com by selecting your persona from the menu bar
  • Choose the best course for you by digging into the course outline and exploring objectives and a breakdown of the course content
  • Sign up to receive an email with everything you need to get started with your course, including: a login to useiManage and a lab voucher code

 

   

 

 

 

2. GET TO LEARNING

  • Login to your useiManage account and consume the subject matter expert curated courseware at your own pace
  • Complete hands-on lab exercises as directed in the Lab Guide to cement your learning
  • Review the content as many times as you like!

   

 


3. BECOME CERTIFIED

  • Register for the certification exam from https://registration.imanage.com
  • Review the Certification Guidelines document and additional study materials to understand the certification process
  • When you're ready, login to your useiManage account, open the exam course and click 'Schedule your Exam'
  • An account will be created in the iManage Exam system, QuestionMark 
  • When you're ready to take the exam, click the 'play' button in QuestionMark to begin - you'll be proctored by Proctorio while taking your exam to ensure integrity of the certification process
  • On achieving a passing grade, redeem your certificate from iManage and your digital badge from Credly
  • Proudly display your credentials on social media and your email signature!

CAN YOU HELP ME DECIDE WHICH COURSE IS BEST FOR ME?


Yes! We first recommend taking a look at the courses for your persona from the menu bar on https://registration.imanage.com (for example, 'Technical' or 'Developer'). Each course listed on those pages contain link to an outline page which details the target audience along with course objectives and a content breakdown. If you're still not sure, please reach out via the Contact page and we'll be happy to guide you in the right direction.  

WHAT DOES 'HANDS-ON LAB' MEAN?


Most self-paced certifications contain a hands-on component. Hands-on exercises are outlined in a Lab Guide which is provided with your courseware. These exercises are designed to supplement your learning from the course materials. For example: if you're learning about adding a Matter to your My Matters list in iManage Work Web, you'll find a lab exercise that walks you through that and gives you an opportunity to carry out that task in a real iManage system. Lab exercises are conducted in a lab environment which is delivered by ReadyTech and accessible from https://imanage.selfpaced.training. To access the lab environment specific to your class you will be provided with a voucher code in your registration email.

I'VE SIGNED UP FOR TRAINING BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY EMAIL WITH COURSE INFORMATION?


No problem! Sometimes, registration emails get eaten by a spam filter. Firstly, check your Spam / Junk folder in case the email has landed there.
