Share the links directly with each executor or beneficiary. Each recipient sees only the documents they need to review, with no access to the wider matter.
The attorney controls who sees what, and can revoke or update access at any time without reissuing links.
As each family member reviews the documents, real-time updates reflect activity across the shared set.
The attorney can see at a glance which approvals are complete and which are still outstanding, without chasing for updates.
Once all reviews are complete, the attorney updates the documents in the matter. Because the collaboration links always point to the current version, every recipient is automatically seeing the latest state, no need to re-share.
