The solution
The team stages the closing documents in the cart, assembles them into an indexed bundle, and shares the set with the client through an external collaboration link with a full audit trail. The closing goes out polished and governed.

Navigate to the matter workspace in the iManage Next Gen Platform and add the title documents, searches, contracts, and correspondence to the Cart.
The cart holds the working selection while the paralegal confirms the set is complete, without committing to a final order yet.
With the documents staged in the Cart, generate the Bundle from the Cart, review the selection and arrange them in the correct order for the closing set.
Any additions or removals are made here before assembly begins. The iManage Next Gen Platform produces an indexed, paginated document from the selected materials, ready to share with the client without manual reformatting.
Generate an external collaboration link for the completed bundle.
Set the appropriate permissions and apply an expiry date so the client's access closes automatically once the closing is complete.
Monitor sharing status from the document timeline. Hovering over the indicator shows a tooltip confirming the document is shared externally. Stop sharing at any time, by clicking 'stop sharing' from the right-click menu or the status column.
They can access the full closing set without needing an iManage account, and the platform maintains a timestamped audit trail of every access throughout.
