The firm's standard steps for intake, review, and sign-off load automatically from the reusable template, ready to guide the team through the matter.
The Playbook will give a verdict for each rule, for this matter document. Hover over the citation markers to understand exactly why the rules failed. Review the verdict and make the changes directly in the document.
Non-compliant findings are flagged clearly, and any unmet Required, Preferred and Optional rules are called out.
Once review is complete, re-run the Playbook to ensure all required rules are now met.
The approver receives the document with full context, reviews it within the platform, and confirms approval. The handoff and outcome are recorded as part of the record.
