Navigate to the loan agreement in the next-gen iManage platform and select Versions.
The full version history loads, showing every saved draft with its date, time, and the name of the person who saved it.
Select the two versions to compare, for example the agreement before and after a lender amendment, and launch the built-in document comparison.
The next-gen iManage platform generates a side-by-side view highlighting every addition, deletion, and modification between the two drafts.
Expand the comparison view to review the Change Summary and the Redline. Click on each summary to jump directly to it in the redline.
The team can see exactly what changed and when, with the full amendment history available to support any lender query that arises later.
