Navigate to the entity's workspace in the next-gen iManage platform and open the AI-Native Search experience. Type the question as you would ask a colleague, for example: "What is the current shareholders' agreement for Northbeam Analytics and when was it last amended?"
The search experience reads directly from the constitutional documents, resolutions, and filings held for that entity, so results are drawn from the actual records on file. There is no need to know which folder the document sits in.
The AI-Native Search experience returns the relevant governing documents as a structured summary, with each item cited back to its source.
Select any citation to open the document in full and confirm it is the in-force version before relying on it.
