Highlight a contract in the iManage Next Gen Platform, then open Playbook. If you are working in Word, select Playbook from Ask iManage on the Home tab.
Ask iManage runs the review automatically and displays the findings in a clear grid.
Review the verdict for each rule and make the required edits to the document. Hover each citation marker to better understand why any rules failed.
Non-compliant findings are flagged clearly, and any unmet Required, Preferred and Optional rules are called out.
Re-run the Playbook to ensure all required rules are now met.
This document can then be signed off knowing it has successfully met the firms required rules.
