Introduction

An Introduction to the Implementing iManage Insight+ program for iManage Partners.

Module 1 - Introduction to iManage Insight+

An introduction to iManage Insight+ including, understanding the purpose of Insight+ and how it differs from iManage Work in terms of search capabilities, the impact of iManage AI on Insight+ data, and information on Insight+ Locators.

Module 2 - Insight+ Demonstration

This module includes a walkthrough of both iManage Insight+ Landing Pages and the search experience.

Module 3 - Curation Workflows

A deep-dive into the overall journey of a document through the curation workflow, from submission to publication, updates and retirement. This module also includes information on the Roles involved at a customer organization with Insight+ deployed, and details on how the Knowledge Library and Knowledge Workspace(s) are structured.  

Module 4 - Insight+ Architecture

A detailed look into the architecture of iManage Insight+, including information on extended metadata and how this differs from iManage Work core metadata, and the role of Microsoft Power Automate. This module also includes detailed walkthroughs of each iManage provided Power Automate template as well as demonstrations on how to configure each.  

Module 5 - Implementing Knowledge Locator

Explore in-depth the workstreams of implementing iManage Insight+ Knowledge Locator. This includes: identifying business value, requirements gathering, identifying knowledge content, metadata schema design, technical product configuration, including key settings, and curation best practice.
